Introduction
High Pressure Hose
Inc API 7K | API 17K | API 16C
ContiTech Beattie Limited has extensive experience in the supply of High Pressure Drilling and Production Hoses. The high pressure hoses supplied are manufactured at Phoenix Rubber Industrial (formerly known as Taurus Emergé) in Hungary and Dunlop Oil & Marine, in Grimsby, England. In partnership with Phoenix Rubber Industrial and Dunlop Oil & Marine, we have tailored high pressure hoses for the most arduous applications world-wide in both topside and subsea services.
The single body rubber bonded hose has a number of features which ensure a high quality, high integrity product. These include built in one-piece end couplings with integral built in bend limiters and a composite fire resistant layer protecting both hose body and coupling. These features combine to provide a hose with low minimum bend radius, a light compact construction with excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance. Hose designs are available which resist collapse due to external pressure and have a chemical resistance and incorporate heat insulation, fatigue resistance and continuous lengths up to 150 ft. Hoses are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards, and are supplied to a range of industry standards, including API 7K, API 17k and API 16C.
ContiTech Beattie Limited has over 25 years experience of supplying high pressure hoses to internationally recognised Oil & Gas companies, for installation on various projects around the world. Hoses are manufactured utilizing state of the art technology to ensure maximum reliability and availability for critical applications in the exploration and production of oil and gas. Hose sizes range from 2" to 20" with pressure ratings up to 15,000 psi, and applications include rotary drilling and vibrator hoses, choke & kill hoses, cementing and acidizing hoses and production hoses. ContiTech Beattie Limited's high pressure hose technology is backed up by an experienced design and applications team to offer customers a total solution ranging from feasibility/conceptual studies to dynamic analysis, hose management and training.
